Giving Thanks

Wow; it's been quite a while since my last entry.  Life has me busy these days.  Since I started temping through Pandora - AT Pandora - I don't have much time to play on the computer.  I don't have time to clean or keep up with my chores, either which really bothers me.  I am no Martha Stewart by any means, but I have my ways and means of keeping things clean.  Funny, my home is an organized mess, but it's a sanitary mess.  I don't like dirt and germs, but I don't mind if clothes are strewn about. I'm so tired I'm rambling.   Whatever.  Anyway, onto my yearly Thanksgiving post sharing what I am thankful for.

I am thankful for:

My health - and that it is calming down.
My son's friends. They are the kindest, sweetest, funniest, well-mannered, good kids I know.
I am thankful for new friends.
I am thankful to my new job - and thankful for my free breakfast and free lunch provided to me by them.
I am thankful to be able to - once again - work alongside my husband - and for the first time, alongside my eldest son.
I am thankful for old friends.
I am thankful for being able to meet with my Gambinos once a month.
My Estradas!  SO thankful that we have reconnected!
I am thankful that my children are growing up to be responsible, sensible, independent, wise and caring young adults.
I am thankful for music and being able to listen to it while at work.
I am thankful for my slippers and yoga pants... and being able to wear them at work.
I'm thankful to all of the people that do all of those yukky jobs that I would never be able to do myself.
I'm thankful for farmers.
I'm thankful for Facebook.  I truly am.
I'm thankful for being the daughter of two very neat people.
I'm thankful for art.
I'm thankful for birds... all birds.
Rainy days.
I'm thankful that Frito - Lay brought back taco flavored Doritoes!
I'm thankful that I can still see well enough to thread a number 12 needle!
My fingernails.
I'm thankful for my family.
I'm thankful to be married to my best friend.
I'm thankful to have the most wonderful sons a mother could ever hope to have.

And finally,

I'm thankful that you are reading this.

Happy Thanksgiving!
